Join us for a special panel discussion during National Library Week! We're thrilled to welcome four talented authors—Lana Popović Harper, Tamara Jeree, Danielle Jackson, and Bryn Donovan—for an engaging conversation about the importance of libraries in their lives. Books will be available for sale through Dandelion Bookshop.
In a panel discussion format, we will explore the personal connections writers have with libraries and ask our authors to share their unique perspectives on these questions: Why are they important to you? What role have they played in your journey as a writer? What is their significance in today's world? Michael Rose, an Oak Park library assistant and award-winning author, will moderate the discussion.
Come celebrate the vital role libraries play in our community and beyond. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with local authors, gain insights into their creative processes, and celebrate the power of reading and libraries.
