Local author Marc DeAngelo will be selling, promoting, and talking about his works! Come on down to McKay's to say hello!Marc DeAngelo holds a master's degree in social work and is a public school social worker for Prince William County Schools. Marc's learning disabilities were formally recognized when he was eleven years old, and it was at that time that he began receiving special education services. As a school social worker, Marc works directly with students who find themselves lost in the rivers of high school and helps them use their gear to navigate their path through the rocky waters of life.
His Young Adult short-story is about perseverance and overcoming adversity set in an adventure story about Wesley and his friends entering their town's River Run Challenge.
