Here’s what you’ll create:

• Lobster Rolls: Learn to prepare this Maine classic from start to finish, beginning with boiling and removing lobster meat from the tail, then crafting a traditional, buttery Maine-style roll.
• Clam Chowder: Whip up Shawnie’s original brothy clam chowder, loaded with clams and potatoes, and finished with crispy bacon crumbles—a recipe destined to become a staple in your kitchen.
• Blueberry Buckle: End on a sweet note with this traditional New England dessert, a coffee cake-like treat with a streusel topping. Along the way, learn the differences between buckle, cobbler, crumble, crisp, and slump.
