For ages 18 & up
Description
In this all-about-lobster class, you'll learn to make the most of every bite. Working with a small team, you'll have the opportunity to harvest live lobsters; make a decadent soup by extracting flavor from the shells; create a salad that features not only lobster meat but avocado, artichoke hearts, and mushrooms; and grill and bake lobster tails. At the end of class, you'll sit down to enjoy this feast from the sea.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine with your meal. Tickets are priced per person. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
