Every January VCDL is in Richmond, Virginia for Lobby Day. On that day, which always coincides with Martin Luther King Day, lobbyists and special interest groups visit with lawmakers to make their views known. This is a uniquely American activity and is accompanied by a rally, typically in Capitol Square.
