Join us for an unforgettable day of outdoor adventure and cultura at Starved Rock State Park! 🌳✨ Latino Outdoors and Arc'teryx invite you to connect with nature, meet fellow outdoor enthusiasts, and celebrate nuestra comunidad during a day of hiking, learning, and camaraderie. 🥾🌞 Start your day with cafecito and conchas ☕🍞 and enjoy a hiking shoe demo to gear up for the trail! 👟
📅 Event Schedule:
- 🕘 9:00 AM: Meet at Arc'teryx Oakbrook for cafecito ☕ and conchas 🍞.
- 🚌 9:30 AM: Bus departs for Starved Rock.
- 🏞️ 11:00 AM: Arrive at Starved Rock State Park.
- 📋 11:15 AM: Hike debrief.
- 🥾 11:30 AM: Begin hike (approximately 4.5 miles; medium difficulty).
- 🚌 2:00 PM: Board bus to return.
- 🕞 3:30 PM: Arrive back at Arc'teryx Oakbrook.

This event is rain or shine, 🌧️☀️ unless there are thunderstorms ⛈️. Please register only if you’re ready to embrace the elements!

- Pets are not allowed on the bus, but they are welcome on the trail🐕
