LO Colorado | Rest & Reset Yoga

Bring your yoga mat and join Latino Outdoors for a rest & reset winter yoga class at prAna Boulder! Led by community member and instructor Sasha Barajas!

From Sasha Barajas: My classes are light and intentional, sprinkled with meditation, stories, and sometimes song. My sequences are created to awaken and explore what lies within the mind and body. Join me for a class as I guide your journey to discover what lies beneath.

In addition to being a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology & Physical Education & have held a Group Fitness Certification for twenty years.

Language Accessibility:

As a volunteer-led chapter of Latino Outdoors, we rely on the language skill sets of our volunteers and partners. Due to limited capacity and funding, we are not able to provide consistent multilingual, Spanish-language programming, or other Native languages. The programming for this event will be in English and there will not be formal Spanish interpretation integrated into the event.

Regardless of your language abilities, you are welcomed at this event and we will do our best to work with you. The intention of this disclosure is to create better transparency on what to expect during our program.
