Interview Panel Rater Training

LMP 3-92 provides an official policy which establishes guidelines for interviewing applicants for employment or promotion.  As such, panel members must be trained in accordance with the City's policy to assure each applicant for selection or promotion an equal opportunity in employment without regard to that person's race, color, sex, religion, creed, national origin, disability, marital status or age; and to ensure that veteran's preference is given consideration during the interview phase of the selection process.
