The Test Tribe 3rd Seattle Meetup – LLMs as Test Engineers: Rethinking How We Validate Automation Systems

Large Language Models aren’t just revolutionizing how we build software - they’re redefining how we test it.

Join us at The Test Tribe’s 3rd Seattle Meetup for an eye-opening session led by Prasad Yacham, where we’ll explore how LLMs (Large Language Models) are transforming the role of QA and automation validation. This talk goes beyond hype, offering a practical perspective on how AI can act as a test engineer-shaping smarter test strategies, rethinking validation, and boosting system reliability.

Session: LLMs as Test Engineers: Rethinking How We Validate Automation Systems

Speaker: Prasad Yacham

Session Overview

The arrival of LLMs is pushing QA into a new era. Can we trust AI to validate our automation systems? Should LLMs become collaborators in our testing processes-or even act as "test engineers"?

In this session, Prasad Yacham will challenge traditional notions of test validation and showcase how LLMs can:

  • Interpret test outcomes in human-like ways
  • Assist in writing, debugging, and maintaining automation scripts
  • Identify gaps traditional frameworks might miss
  • Open doors to smarter, more adaptive QA strategies

Expect a forward-thinking discussion on what’s possible today and what’s next as we bring AI deeper into the testing lifecycle.

About the Speaker

Prasad Yacham is a passionate engineer focused on building innovative solutions that enhance product quality, streamline testing, and improve system resiliency.

He specializes in designing automation frameworks using Java (Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle) and Python for backend and API automation. With hands-on experience in machine learning, Prasad has also designed predictive maintenance pipelines to anticipate robotic failures.

Constantly exploring emerging technologies, he thrives on driving efficiency, smart automation, and resilient systems-making him the perfect guide to explore the intersection of AI and QA.

Why You Should Attend

  • Learn how LLMs can augment and rethink automation validation
  • See real-world perspectives on AI’s role in QA-not just theory
  • Network with Seattle’s growing QA and tech community
  • Be part of shaping the conversation on the future of testing
