DESCRIPTION:
In Muay Thai for Self-Defense you will learn fundamental strikes of Muay Thai, as well as techniques and movements that can be easily applied to real life outside of a ring.�
This class requires no gear, and will focus on self-defense using elbows, knees, defense, clinch, and so on. Train in a safe space and feel empowered as you learn to navigate this uncertain world with greater skill, confidence, calm, and security.
Total beginners welcome!
DETAILS:
DAY: Saturday, March 9th
TIME: 10:00am-11:30am (if you are a new student, please arrive at least 15 minutes early for paperwork)
COST: $15 (Only 20 spots available! DM or text 206-853-8091 to reserve your spot and pay.)
LOCATION: HMC 555 N. King Street (Last 2nd floor unit on Dillingham side above WAO)
BRING: Wear exercise clothing, bring a water bottle & towel. We suggest wearing slippers to the class as there is no footwear allowed on the mats.�
