The Lizard King Tour visits all historical land marks of Jim Morrison and the Doors in Venice Beach and Hollywood. Join us on a magical trip back in time. Your tour guide Tony Fernandez is the singer of the Doors tribute band Peace Frog.
Tony will take you on a mystical journey back in time to relive the magical history of the Doors.

Upon digging deeper into Morrison’s life, Tony identified other similarities, so many shared tendencies—poetry, music, philosophy, even politics⏤after all Tony is a Political Science and Chicano Studies professor at a Los Angeles College. Moreover, the men are similar in looks and stature, and if you allow yourself, it’s easy to compare their stage presence.
Providing a unique lens through which he experienced the music, it is fitting that Tony is the Doors’ musical torchbearer, leading us back in time and place, immersing us all in an historically significant era of the Lizard King band.
