This free workshop is designed for anyone 17 years and older who wants to learn how to recognize the signs, start the conversation, and connect someone to the help they need.
SafeTALK helps participants become suicide-alert — giving you the skills and confidence to support those at risk and guide them toward life-affirming resources.
During this powerful training, participants will learn how to:
� Notice and respond when suicide thoughts may be present
� Recognize and act on invitations for help that are often missed
� Move beyond fear, discomfort, or avoidance
� Apply the TALK steps: Tell, Ask, Listen, KeepSafe
� Connect those with suicidal thoughts to local supports and resources
� This workshop is free of charge
