Our special event will be honored by the presence of our guest from Argentina, maestro Fernando Corrado, who will share with us his lifetime experience as a tango maestro and DJ.
Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Fernando started tango as a child, trained by masters such as Gabriel Angio, Julio Balmaceda, Nito y Elba, and “Chicho” Frumboli. Fernando performed tango shows around the world in prestigious theaters and festivals.
For him, tango is more than just a dance – it’s a true philosophy of life and a unique attitude.
Fernando is known for his holistic teaching style, offering tango lessons that combine technique, art, and Argentine culture. For over 15 years, he is teaching tango and is a regular DJ at major events in both Argentina and Europe.
He is the founder and director of Posta Tango School in Barcelona and the organizer of the Arrabal milonga in the same city. During this special tango weekend in Oradea, Fernando will be dancing and teaching with Victoria Cormoș from Cluj, forming a remarkable duo on the dance floor.
Viktoria Cormoș started her first tango steps in 2012, with a background in various dance styles from the age of 6.
She took numerous workshops with exceptional maestros like Antonella Terrazas, Yanina Quiñones and Neri Piliu, Miguel Angel Zotto and Daiana Guspero, Pablo Rodriguez.
She had taught workshops as an instructor and performed as a dancer and vocal solist at various shows and events. Viktoria graduated from the Music Academy in Cluj-Napoca- classical canto. Her classical music background enriched her perspective in tango.
Don’t miss the chance to dance, learn, and feel the rhythms of tango together with an authentic maestro from Argentina and witness an exceptional performance!
Our event will feature two milongas, five classes, two practices, and a generous buffet with fruits, coffee, juices, and finger food, wine, and palica-surprises.
