Life doesn’t slow down on its own—you have to choose to live it with intention. In this practical, inspiring workshop, we’ll explore how to stop living on autopilot and start building rhythms that reflect what truly matters to you—at home, at work, and in those in-between moments.
You’ll learn how to:
Get crystal clear on your core values (and why they’re your compass)
Set goals that actually align with your priorities—not just your to-do list
Use journaling as a tool to clarify your thoughts, reduce overwhelm, and spark action
Create a simple, values-based plan to carry you through the rest of the year
Prepare for the upcoming holiday season with more calm, clarity, and confidence
By the end of this workshop, you’ll walk away with a renewed sense of focus, a journal-based strategy to stay grounded, and a personalized plan for designing a life you actually want to live—especially when things get full.
Let this be the season you stop surviving and start living with purpose.

Meet the instructor: Sarah Bohl
Wife. Mom of four. Former teacher & coach. Big dreamer.
Sarah Bohl is the co-founder of Mindset in the Making, a lifestyle brand helping women live more intentionally through online courses, journaling, mindset tools, and small daily shifts that add up to big transformation.
She’s married to, Ryan, and together they’re raising four amazing kids who keep life loud, beautiful, and always moving.
Sarah is a lover of sports (and all the life lessons that come with them), a fan of handwritten lists, quiet mornings, spontaneous getaways, and spending time laughing with family and friends. She believes in doing the deep work but making it joyful—and that growth doesn’t have to feel like a grind.
After being cut out of a business she helped build, Sarah started over with purpose, building something that aligned with her values, her faith, and her calling. Now, she shares her story to help other women do the same—create a life (and maybe a business) that actually feels good, not just one that looks good.
