LIVING WITH GRIEF & LOSS: a Psycho-Spiritual Retreat for those in a season of Mourning.
With Retreat Master Fr Jordan Orbe SJ the executive director of the Emmaus Center for Psych-Spiritual Formation and Accompaniment.
The experience of grief is universal and yet is one of the most difficult to navigate. Any form of life-altering loss, especially the death of a loved one, can be deeply painful. Coming to terms with it and finding ways to proceed can be very challenging.
This retreat is open to individuals (aged 21 and older) who are hoping to:
+ Gain a deeper understanding of the grieving process
+ Find gentle and compassionate ways to attend to grief and loss
+ Create space for self-expressions of grief and supportive connection with others
This program includes moments of reflection and expressive exercises, sharing in small groups, inputs, and discussion.
