Calling all ladies in Oldham… Join BHA for Equality and Oldham Active for our first ever Women’s Wellbeing Event: Living well with Menopause!
Come to Oldham Leisure Centre on Saturday 7th February, 6pm – 9pm, and enjoy a variety of workshops, talks and information stalls from community partners Calm Ahead, Wellness by Jay and NHS Talking Therapies. Learn all about menopause symptoms and how you can manage symptoms holistically and live well.
