Join us for an engaging program designed to deepen understanding of ADHD and explore pathways to thriving with it across the lifespan. Together, we’ll uncover the real-life realities of ADHD, from what’s visible on the surface to the challenges often hidden underneath, including the complexities of diagnosis and family patterns.

We’ll then explore ADHD coaching as a supportive process, highlighting a multimodal approach that can empower individuals not only with ADHD but across all forms of neurodivergence.

A deep dive into executive function will bring theory to life—introducing key frameworks such as the Dawson-Guare model—while also sharing real-world stories of growth and resilience.

Finally, we’ll close with a message of hope, offering tools and perspectives for reframing success and supporting both individuals and families in living well with ADHD at every stage of life.

Robin Nordmeyer is a Professional Certified ADHD Coach with over 15 years of training and experience helping individuals of all ages and stages navigate life with ADHD. Before launching her coaching practice, she served as a CHADD Parent to Parent Trainer and successfully built a 14-year corporate career in customer business development with Procter & Gamble. Diagnosed later in life, after ADHD showed up in her children, Robin brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her work. Married for 37 years to her neurotypical husband and raising four neurodivergent children, she understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities ADHD brings to parenting, relationships, careers, and personal well-being. Known for her warm, encouraging approach, Robin works especially with adults balancing demanding careers or businesses, navigating neurodivergent–neurotypical relationships, and striving for greater harmony and resilience under the pressures of high-achieving, busy lives. Her mission is simple: to help people with ADHD stop struggling in silence and start living with more clarity, balance, and hope for both the present and the future.
