Living Well Diabetes Self-Management (Korean).#HoCoAging is here to help you take control of your health! The Living Well: Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP) is designed to support individuals and caregivers in managing the challenges of Type II Diabetes. Join us for one, two, or all six interactive workshops covering key topics like glucose monitoring, nutrition, exercise, skin and foot care.
This series, presented in Korean, will be held on Thursdays, from October 9- November 13, at the Bain 50+ center, 9:30 a.m. – Noon.
