All are welcome to join United Women in Faith for a salad potluck luncheon and presentation by Linn County Sustainability Director Cara Matteson. Join us on Thursday, October 2, from 12–2 p.m. in the Wesley Center at St. Paul's United Methodist Church. Cara says that, from an early age, “I wanted to clean the Earth.” Now she has a job that allows her to do just that. This engaging speaker will discuss how “every project should be looked at with the triple bottom line of people, planet, and profit.” Please bring a salad or dish to share. We’ll eat together at noon and listen to Cara speak at 1 p.m., followed by time for questions.
