Join us on this transformative journey of relaxation, self-discovery, and rejuvenation through the power of breath, music, and energy work. No previous experience is needed.
This retreat is designed to create a sacred space for you to deepen your connection to yourself and others, and to awaken your true potential.
Throughout the Living Oneness retreat, you will be guided through a series of sessions that will help you release old patterns, clear blockages, and tap into your inner wisdom.
Through the transformative power of breathwork, communal music for sound healing, and energy work, you will experience profound shifts in your body, mind, and spirit.
Our schedule is carefully curated (see schedule below) to provide you with a full immersion experience, allowing for deep healing and transformation to take place. We understand the importance of rest and reflection, so our retreat includes pauses for you to integrate and process the powerful work that you are doing.
Our mission is to create a supportive and nurturing environment where each participant feels seen and heard. By tuning into your individual and collective body-mind system, you will build a strong energy field that will help you break free from old limitations and expand your self-awareness.

We approach the work very diligently, with skilled, trained facilitation.
Between 3 facilitators and decades of experience sharing these practices, we have dedicated our lives to supporting others in becoming whole, developing an inner peace refuge, and feeling oneness. Our facilitation is from a lineage going back 4 decades baked on Rebirthing (conscious connected breathing), Vivation (the skill of happiness), Holotropic Breathwork, and Pranayama (yogic breathing system).
The breath practice shared shows both the gentle, fluidity of a breath with a relaxed exhale, releasing and letting go of stress, anxiety, and other dense energies, and the power of breath opening the potential for ecstatic vital energy to flow once again.
This experience can bring up emotional release, present-moment awareness, and blissful joy, along with many other amazing gifts and benefits. That being said, we tend to lean towards, less is more and simplicity of breath as a friend that is always there for us.

Our way of making music is based on the nature of music which is all-inclusive, simple, and focused on connection rather than skill.
One way to describe it is empathic music making in which all levels of ability are welcome and helpful to each other.
Daniel has led thousands of drum circles and communal music-making sessions. His way of facilitating makes it easy for everybody to experience the beauty and power of music opening us to an experience of collective healing and togetherness.
