Living in Balance is not the regular A-list city escape. It is designed to be the living experience of Yoga so what you will practice is basically the ancient teaching of Yoga and Ayurveda regrouped in such a manner to serve you in your daily life.
This experience is aimed to make you volunteer yourself in acts of kindness and love not only during the retreat, but also embracing this kind of approach way beyond the Yoga mat and especially even after the Living in Balance experience.
?The retreat’s schedule will include: ✨Yoga sessions ✨Sound baths with planetary gongs, tibetan bowls ✨Ayurveda ✨guided meditations in the middle of nature ✨walks around (in the village, on the surrounding hills, local households) ✨relaxation techniques immersed in water - we have a heated pool ✨Satsanga - open talks about Yoga and related topics ✨a lot of other inter-connected practices in between.

?THE VENUE: Aproximately 1 hour away from Cluj, Margau is a village immersed during summer in shades of green and solar light. You cannot put into words the feeling you have when you reach this place. It is quiet and peaceful. A retreat is about going back to the roots of your true being. Absolutely no doubt this is one of those places where you feel you belong and where you can experience Yoga in its purest form.
Octavian, our host, will welcome us in this beautiful place with his smile on (as always). Maybe if you give him the Yogi smile he will also have some doughnuts prepared by tanti Lucica :) yup, that doughnut as grandma used to prepare when you were a kiddo.
✅ WHAT’S INCLUDED:
✨3 nights & 4 days accommodation
✨2 meals - breakfast & lunch
✨an Ayurvedic detox drink each morning
*in the spirit of Karma Yoga during the entire retreat we will household ourselves (table setup, cleaning, ambiance and mood)
*the food will be cooked by a local lady with fresh ingredients
✨all Yoga classes/activities included in the schedule
⭕️WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:
✨transportation - either by car or airplane (my recommendation)
✨airport-location transfer (it can be done either by Bolt (split between 4 persons is around 50 lei), or I can arrange a pick-up van
✨an additional meal - by request we can switch to 3 meals per day (meaning: breakfast & lunch are included, and we can pay separately the dinner - same setup)
✨other individual expenses.

✅BOOKING YOUR SPOT:
Signing in for the event can be done within the limits of available spots and the spot can be booked by paying the 1st instalment (depending on the payment option you subscribed for). The rest of the amount/instalments will be paid at your convenience, but no longer than 9th of May (one week before departure).
The registration is available only after your 1st instalment payment.
In case you cannot participate anymore due to personal reasons, the payment will be fully returned only if you find a replacement for the spot you set free. On the contrary, the payment is lost in full.
This retreat’s full schedule will be sent with a few days beforehand, including recommendations and suggestions so that you can make the most out of this experience.
