Morning of Reflection
About this Event

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind.” — Romans 12:2

Do you ever feel as though you’ve drifted from your true path, or that life’s daily demands have pulled you away from what matters most?

This Morning of Reflection offers a gentle space to pause, reconnect with your authentic self, and explore what it means to live in greater alignment with your values, spirit, and sense of purpose.

Through quiet personal reflection and meaningful group conversation, you’ll be invited to listen deeply to your own life and discern where God may be calling you.

Materials will be provided.

Weather permitting, the Clare Garden will be open for quiet reflection and prayer. Please bring appropriate clothing and footwear.

Saturday November 1, 9am-noon doors open at 830am

$25.00 - includes material

Online registration requested two weeks prior - seats are limited

Karen Bychowski is a spiritual director, retreat facilitator, and nonprofit founder who accompanies others in exploring what matters most in life. Whether through Individual Spiritual Direction (offered in-person and virtually), Personal Retreat Days, or group programs, Karen offers gentle, grounded guidance for those seeking to reconnect with purpose, navigate change, or deepen their spiritual life.

She regularly facilitates offerings through the Tau Center with programs rooted in spaciousness, reflection, and honoring each person's lived experience.

Before this work, Karen spent nearly two decades traveling extensively across the U.S. and internationally as a change consultant with a Global Fortune 100 company. Following a time of discernment, she responded to a deeper call, shifting her focus to the inner life and how we show up in the world.

Karen is a graduate of the Hesychia School of Spiritual Direction and a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

In 2017, she founded To Africa with Love, a nonprofit dedicated to connection and compassion in Kenya. Its flagship initiative, Pads with a Purpose, empowers girls and young women through vision board workshops and discussing circles—reaching more than 7,000 youth in Nairobi and surrounding areas.

Karen brings to her ministry a deep spirit presence - helping others listen for the sacred in everyday life.
