Living Gratitude: A Musical Journey Celebrating 125 Years of BCA Presented by the Buddhist Church of San Francisco & BCA Dharma Forward
Featuring the Grateful Crane Ensemble
Join us for a special homecoming performance that celebrates 125 years of Jodo Shinshu Buddhism in America through music, stories, and gratitude.
The Grateful Crane Ensemble will present Living Gratitude — an uplifting musical journey written by Soji Kashiwagi, featuring Merv Maruyama, Keiko Kawashima, Haruye Ioka, and Ping Wu. Through captivating storytelling and heartfelt renditions of favorite Japanese, American, and Buddhist songs, this program honors generations of the Buddhist Churches of America community and the spirit of appreciation that connects us all.
