Triggered much? Imagine your life free of self-defeating emotions!We all “lose it” sometimes, and we've all been hurt in some ways - big or small; but the past doesn't have to spoil happiness now.
If certain people or situations upset you and you lack control of your emotional responses, or if painful events from the past leak into and disrupt your current life, you may benefit from some "emotional clean up.”
In this 4-week series you will:
- Gain insight into how you respond to trauma;
- Bring awareness to emotional patterns and learn to reframe them to your benefit;
- Learn how to anticipate your triggers and move through triggering episodes with grace;
- Practice moving toward the source of triggers, so that issues can be resolved at their core;
- Gain self-regulation tools that reveal your inner strength;
- Gain practice tools to cultivate healthy emotional habits and strong boundaries, ultimately releasing toxic coping mechanisms.
Using the technology of Kundalini yoga mediation; Nirmal's experience as a yoga teacher and Emotional Liberation and relationships coach; and the group support, we'll take a journey toward a freer and fuller life - together.
Each evening will include a short Kundalini yoga set, information and experiential practices for emotional processing, 1-2 meditations per class, and rejuvenating sound healing.
No yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
