Join us for a unique workshop exploring the intersection of mental health and cultural identity in the Ethiopian/East African community. Together, we’ll discuss how navigating the stigma around mental health and balancing Ethiopian and American cultures impacts our lives.
Led by our wonderful host, Koya Nyangi, this event will include meaningful discussions in a warm, community setting. True to our roots, we’ll share a traditional meal together catered by Nile Ethiopian Resturant, fostering a sense of togetherness while diving into important topics.
