Join our in-person Living Aligned yoga session! Whether you're a beginner or a pro, this class helps you connect mind and body, boost your energy, de-stress, and find your balance. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and aligned. Please bring your own mat. Can't wait to see you in class!
Sundays are for slow flow (4pm)
Mondays are for Vinyasa Flow Level 1 (6pm)
Tuesdays are for Vinyasa Flow Level 2 (7pm)
