You’ll enjoy one-of-a-kind experiences that you can’t get anywhere else! Exclusive, up-close access to private concerts, meet & greets with Danny & Leyicet, a writers' round with top Nashville musicians, Sunday morning worship, and so much more!!
It’ll be an unforgettable weekend you don’t want to miss!
All times and events are subject to change. Must purchase a pass for the entire weekend to attend any event. Lanyards must be worn at all times for entrance to each event.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 30
4 pm Check-in Begins for Weekend Pass holders
5 pm Exclusive VIP Pass Welcome Reception
Limited availability - must reserve a VIP Add On Pass.
Join us for an exclusive VIP reception to kick off the weekend! Be the first to get your Meet & Greet photo with Danny while getting to know the other VIPs. Light refreshments will be served.
6:30 pm Dinner & Dessert
Enjoy a meal from one of Nashville’s iconic culinary favorites.
7:30 pm Full Concert
After dinner you will be treated to a full show from Danny’s band featuring fan favorites you know and love! AND you get to help decide the set list! (Just email [email protected] to put in your requests!)
Late Night ‘Better Than I Found It’ Service Project (Optional)
Stay after the show to help out with a project that will serve Nashville’s homeless community through our partnership with ‘People Loving Nashville’ and other service organizations in town.
You can change your mind about participating that evening but indicating your intent ahead of time through checking the Better Than I Found it “Add On” will help us make sure we have plenty of supplies prepared for everyone.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 31

The event brochure you’ll receive at check-in will have lots of suggestions on some of our favorite places around Franklin.
9:00 am Meet & Greet #1 for Full Weekend Pass Holders & Chance to shop the merch table!
Weekend Pass Holders will have a scheduled time for your Meet & Greet and photo op with Danny, so the lines won’t be as long. Your scheduled time will be shared with you at check-in.
10:00 am Q & A with Danny and Leyicet
This is your chance to get answers to the burning questions you’ve been dying to ask & maybe meet the Gokey kiddos!
11:00 pm NEW MUSIC Listening Party
Be the FIRST to hear new music from Danny’s upcoming album before anyone else! Danny’s been in the studio, and this will be your exclusive chance to not only listen to the new songs, but also to hear the heart and inspiration behind each one months before the album is released! (Don’t tell his record label! LOL)
12:30 pm Lunch (Provided at the event)
2:00 pm Free Time & Dinner on your own
Take the afternoon to explore Franklin and Nashville. Check the brochure for some of Danny and Leyicet’s favorite places to hang.
7:30 pm Writers’ Round with Danny & Friends
Writer’s rounds are a staple in Nashville, giving you the chance to hear stripped-down versions of favorite songs from those who wrote them. Danny will be joined by several of his friends for an intimate acoustic evening sharing the songs they’ve written.
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 1
9:00 am Meet & Greet #2 for Full Weekend Pass Holders & Last Chance to shop the Merch Table
Weekend Pass Holders will have a scheduled time for your Meet & Greet and photo op with Danny, so the lines won’t be as long. Your scheduled time will be shared with you at check-in.
9:30 am Coffee & Pastries
Enjoy a pastry and cup of coffee from The Well, a local coffee shop we have partnered with to help build wells for communities in third-world countries.
10:30 am Worship Service
Danny and band will lead us in worship, followed by a message of encouragement from Danny and Leyicet to wrap up our time together.
12 pm Weekend Ends for All Access Pass Holders
If you are flying home on Sunday, we recommend not scheduling your outbound flight before 2:30 pm.
5 pm Exclusive VIP Pass Dinner
Those that purchased a VIP Pass will be invited to Danny’s house for a Latin meal prepared by Leyicet & her Dad. Details on this exclusive opportunity will be sent to your email prior to the start of the weekend.
Are transportation and accommodations provided?
Guests are responsible for their own overnight accommodations and transportation to/from all events. There will be blocks of discounted rooms available at a couple of hotels close to where the events will take place on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can choose to reserve one of those, or find other accommodations in the Franklin, TN area. An event page link will be sent to your email within two weeks of you reserving your pass with hotel special pricing information and local area suggestion.
How should I get around?
We recommend attendees have access to a rental car or coordinate transportation with a friend prior to arriving. Public transport and ride-share services are available, but they are not plentiful in the Franklin, TN area.
When do I check in?
You should make plans to arrive for check-in between 4 pm and 6 pm on Friday, September 1, 2023. If you purchase a VIP pass, you should plan to check in before the VIP Welcome Reception, which begins at 5 pm.
Where can I find more information?
More detailed schedules, event information, and recommendations will be regularly emailed to all Weekend Pass holders before the event to assist with planning, along with a weekend event page link that will be sent to directly to your email. New information and event updates will be refreshed on the event page as the event grows closer. Email any other specific questions to [email protected].

What is the refund/cancellation policy?
Refunds up to 75% are available through June 30, 2024. Refunds up to 50% are available in July 2024. No refunds starting August 1, 2024.
