The event will run from 1pm until 5pm on Saturday the 13th of December 2025.------------------------------
We will continue our club tradition of combining some lessons and a fun, informal tournament - followed by a trip to the pub.
The tournament will be a fechtschule, a competition where everyone will hopefully fight everyone, hopefully more than once.
It won't be judged or recorded in any fashion, but the winners will be elected by popular vote at the end of the day.
The lessons will be taught by a variety of instructors and will touch on a few different topics. More information to follow.
Guests from other clubs are not only welcome, but encouraged!

- full price is £35, if you paying on the day, or paying in some fashion other than booking through the listing on the website
- booking in advance through the website comes with a discount, so the price is £30
- people with an up-to-date Liverpool HEMA membership will receive a further discount if you are logged in to the website
- people with an up-to-date AHA membership in one of our affiliated clubs are eligible for a discount code, just ask!
Please note that this event is NOT included within the monthly payments for the club; you must book your participation at this event if you want to attend it.

Sponsorship pot and subsidised tickets

This year, we are offering some subsidised tickets for people who would like to attend the event but whose financial circumstances mean that the standard entry fee is too expensive. We would rather have you at the event than exclude you!
If you would like to apply for a subsidised ticket, please contact the organisers.
If you would like to donate a little something towards the sponsorship pot to help fund subsidised tickets, there is the option to do so in the booking listing when you buy your own ticket. You can donate as much or as little as you like, everything will be received gratefully, and we will make sure that funds are made available to subsidise tickets for people who need a little more help.
