The West Cheshire and North Wales Chamber of Commerce is delighted to announce, in partnership with Liverpool John Lennon Airport, we will be hosting what promises to be a fantastic networking event that will surely take off!Chamber Networking Events are always very popular and well attended, they are a great opportunity to meet new business contacts, broaden awareness of your business and self, all whilst conversing in a friendly environment.
This event will give delegates an opportunity to go 'airside' and see backstage parts of the airport not normally accessible to the public.
The tour will see guests spend time in the airport security to understand the challenges the airport faces in looking after passengers safety. The tour will then progress to the Departure lounge before ending the visit at the Airport Fire Station to see and hear about the Airport's fire and rescue capabilities and confiscated items area.
Refreshments from the venue will be available on arrival, a brief presentation will be made by Robin Tudor, Head of PR & Communications at the Airport to update guests about the airport and the businesses they currently have on-site.

*Please note as this is taking place at Liverpool John Lennon Airport strict criteria must be met.*
A driving license or passport must be presented on arrival. Before the event, you must scan a copy of your in date driving license or passport to Jenny Davidson ([email protected]) along side a picture of your face which can be a "selfie". On the day, you must bring the same documentation with you to the event. Failure to provide the relevant documentation before or on the day will mean you will not be allowed access to the airport.
This event is limited to one person per company for security reasons.
Parking arrangements: All visitors should park in the Short Stay Multi-Storey Car Park which is located directly opposite the terminal building. You will have to get a ticket from the car park ticketing machine and then exit passes will be issued at the event.
Meeting point: The Cavern Suite, located on the first floor of the terminal. Take the stairs adjacent to the Information Desk to the first floor and go past the John Lennon statue. Bear left and the entrance to the Cavern Suite is via the last door on the right hand side.
