Our event offers you a chance to engage in your own work. We provide the sacred space and the mesmerizing live music that responds to and amplifies the energy in the room. It's an invitation to let go, delve deep within, and allow the harmonies to guide your inner exploration.
🌌 Your Inner Guide:
We firmly believe that you are your best teacher, your best guide, and your best healer. Your body already possesses the wisdom needed for healing and growth. Our role is to provide a safe container for you to undertake your own transformative journey.
How to show up:-
-Please arrive at least 10-15 min early to set up your space
- come on a light stomach (not too full), simply don't eat at least 2 hours before the event.
-please do not Smoke or eat any mind altering substance, the breathwork will get you where you need to go.
What to bring
-Yoga mat
-Blankets
-Pillow
-eye cover (scarf will do)
-(optional) your favorite crystals, this will help with grounding.
🚫 Who Should Not Attend:
This breathwork can be intense, and as such, it may not be suitable for everyone. If you fall under any of the following categories, we advise against participating:
- Individuals with serious heart conditions
- Those with respiratory issues
- Pregnant individuals
- If you suffer from epilepsy
- Detached retina
When you register, you are signing the liability waiver below:
Liability Waiver for Breathwork Sessions with Wael Shukha and Simon Samadhi, hereafter referred to as Harmonic Breath.
1) The participant agrees that their participation in this event is voluntary. Additionally, the participant agrees to assume any risk that is associated with participating in the event and releases Harmonic Breath from any and all claims of damage and loss that may occur as a result of participation. The release is without limitation and includes the personal injury fees, attorney’s fees, and any other losses that might occur to the participant.
2) The participant hereby warrants that they are physically fit and able to participate in the scheduled class without any undue risk. **
3) Harmonic Breath maintains the right to refuse participation in this class or workshop if they foresee that participation would risk damage to any party
4) The participant understands that this event is not a replacement for medical care.
5) The participant understands that this event is for therapeutic purposes only.
6) The participant agrees that this waiver agreement shall remain in full force and take effect without change.
