Claire is the founder of Conscious Movement, a yoga teacher, life coach, and menstrual cycle awareness mentor. She is passionate about supporting women to develop a loving, compassionate relationship with themselves and their cycles, and to use their cyclical nature as a tool for navigating daily life and decision-making.
Through her grounded and intuitive facilitation style, Claire creates spaces that feel safe, accessible, and gently transformative - supporting women to reconnect with their inner wisdom, clarify their values, and live in a way that honours who they truly are.
