About this Event
We all know that self love & self care are the foundation for a healthy, thriving life and relationships...
...but it’s so easy to get caught up in the go, go, go of life, to fall into patterns of showing up for everyone else first, and to put ourselves last on our to-do list (if we even make it onto the list).
We often skimp, or don’t even know what we truly need, when it comes to nourishing ourselves on deeper levels than just making it to a workout class. Or we swing too far the other way, getting overwhelmed with endless new self care trends and guilting ourselves with “shoulds.”
Evin & Paige, both women’s self-love and empowerment coaches with 12+ years combined experience, are so excited to host you for this uplifting community event. They’ll give you a whole new way of relating to self care, facilitate self-discovery and sharing, and arm you with tangible tools & self care practices that will deepen self-love, accelerate your goals, and help you bring more ease into your busy life!

We’re Paige & Evin, your Self Care for the Soul hosts! We’re women’s self-love & empowerment coaches (and BFFs!), who are passionate about supporting women through all the life stages: from falling in love with themselves, to dating and relationships, breakups and endings, and creating deep lifelong sisterhood with other women.
We believe that when open-hearted, growth-minded women gather together in safe spaces, absolute magic happens. We truly credit the support of our own sisterhood community for the romantic relationships, businesses, and desire-led lives we have today, so we love nothing more than to host live experiences that allow us all to lean into community.
