The evening will feature Jason Crandell, a renowned yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience, leading you through a rejuvenating flow. You'll also hear from a Tia provider, who will share expert tips on healthy living and how to integrate holistic care into your daily routine.

Parking: Tia will provide 1hr validation. After the 1st hour, parking fees are $3.00 for every additional 30 minutes. Free 2 hour street parking is available off Millennium Dr.
