We recommend booking your flight with us as soon as Southwest releases their January flight schedule. The goal is that we all arrive together, as transfers are only included at a designated time.
At the time of booking a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due. The final payment is due by October 1, 2025 along with your flight details. Payment plans are available upon request.
