Following on from our first workshop, now you've learned how to breathe correctly and fully understand the benefits of doing so. Join us for our second workshop in the Breathe Well, Live Well series .
Have you been doing the breathing exercises taught to improve your wellbeing? Whether you have or haven't been able to, now we can ensure a way to apply this learning to your day-to-day living, both in the day & throughout the night.
We will also be looking at how we can ensure that our environment, at home, work, in the car etc, is as healthy as it could be. Now you know how to breathe in air to your body correctly, it's imperative that the air quality around you is as good as it can be.
At this in-person event, you'll have the opportunity to learn valuable techniques and practices to enhance your master breathing and overall wellness from the skills taken from the first workshop.
