WE WILL TAKE WALK-INS IF THERE ARE ANY OPEN SPOTS.

THERE WILL BE NO LATE ENTRY ALLOWED. ONCE YOU ENTER YOU WILL NOT BE
ALLOWED TO LEAVE UNTIL THE PROGRAM IS OVER. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY
(USE THE RESTROOM, MAKE ANY NECESSARY CALLS AHEAD OF TIME, ETC...)

PRE- REGISTERING
PAYMENT: All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier check ($40.00
payable to Drive Sober). Please do not endorse the back of the money order. Payments can be dropped off at 2632 N. 9th Street Road Suite D
in the lock box by the door NO LATER than 01-12-2026 at 8:00 am
Please make sure to put it in an envelope with a separate sheet that includes your name,
email, phone number, and case number. If you do not have your case number, please refer
to your court documents or refer to mycase.in.gov to look it up.
We can accept PayPal payments, but there is a $2.00 fee. You will need to contact us to

You must wait until 6:45 pm on the day of the event to see if there are any open spots. You
must have your case number, photo id, face mask, and payment. (CASH MUST BE EXACT
CHANGE)
