Do you seek others approval to feel ok with your decision? Wouldn’t it be amazing to actually just know what is right in you and have your own opinion or make your own decision.
Do you question or doubt yourself? Fears around looking wrong and not being liked? Wouldn’t it feel amazing to know what is right in you and knowing if it’s right for you.
Are you tired of comparing yourself to others and seeing if you “size up” to what you think is good enough, but your good enough standard keeps shifting. What if you were fully satisfied and happy just as you are? What if the idea of good enough was no longer in your vocabulary.
In this online workshop we'll look into what is a satisfying and fulfilling life, and what is a joyful, happy life that you love, for you.
What to expect:
You'll get to spend an hour to hour and half focusing on you.
- You'll look at what would a satisfying life look like,
- And what truly do you love in life
- And you'll gain some awarenesses to how you look to others, possibly for approval, or acceptance, or even defining your worth and who you are.
- And then in the end you'll look at your beliefs and see how to shift some of them that might be limiting you.
