When a cheeky séance goes spectacularly wrong, novelist Charles Condomine finds himself haunted—quite literally—by the glamorous ghost of his first wife, Elvira. Unfortunately for Charles, his very-much-alive second wife, Ruth, isn’t thrilled about sharing him with a stylish specter who just won’t take “’til death do us part” seriously. What follows is an uproarious battle of wits, wills, and woooooos as ectoplasmic chaos collides with marital strife.
