Live Spirit Photography at Oddities Flea Market

Step into our mini Victorian parlor studio to have your portrait captured with a spectral projection, inspired by vintage Spirit Photography and the Pepper’s Ghost technique.

In your portrait sitting conducted by Rarebit Productions (Rose Callahan and Kellfire Bray), you’ll pose for your very own phantasmic photo featuring Rarebit's own distinct version of the classic Spirit Photography genre of the 19th and early 20th century. Their unique camera setup comes equipped with a selection of haunting projections to customize your portrait using the Pepper’s Ghost technique. All ghostly effects are created in camera digitally with no retouching or Photoshop. Afterwards, your selected image will be printed up to 5x7” on archival quality inkjet paper and mounted in a keepsake vintage frame. Book your session now - there are only a limited number of sittings available for this one day event!

Details:

Each sitting will be 15 minutes. During this time, you’ll be able to choose “your” specter and sit for a bespoke portrait. Printing and mounting will take approximately 15-30 minutes after your session is done.

Price includes admission to Oddities Flea Market, portrait sitting, and one image printed and mounted in a vintage folding frame. Optional add-ons: additional prints with frames are $75, digital files are $40 each, payable via venmo or cash on the event day.

Please be on time - late attendees may forfeit their ticket price and portrait. Due to set space constraints, sessions are limited to individuals or groups of 2.
