Join us at the Consulate-General of Japan in Boston on Tuesday, April 29th for a live performance of rakugo, a traditional style of Japanese storytelling known for its clever wordplay, humor, and rich character acting—all performed by a single storyteller seated on stage!
This special event will feature rakugo-ka Edamametei Uta (えだまめ亭うた), who will bring the world of rakugo to life through engaging, comedic storytelling.
A Q&A will follow the performance!
