Info: Our Texas Health Fitness Center team will introduce themselves and highlight all the amazing perks for our NEAT members. Your Health Coach, Ed Jones, will also introduce himself and explain his why, what health coaching is, and give insight on what to expect in your first coaching call!

Info: Our TEAM will be available to answer any questions you may have about the NEAT program - classes, health coaching, personal training - anything you need support on!

Info: Participate in our NEAT community activity - Create your own piece to the NEAT community puzzle and add it to our board to be displayed throughout the year! Finish the day enjoying the activity, refreshments and mingling with the NEAT community!
