Frank DeVaul is a native Orange County singer, songwriter, recording and performing artist. His zone is clearly atmospheric with a pop sense. OC raised on classic rock and its roots, Frank is an unstoppable expression of experiencing the euphoria of the first time we heard that song and all associated memories. He will take you there.
