The Ridge is already known for its Ribs thanks to Chef Rey, but for the last weekend in August we’ll welcome one more – and he’s a very special guest. Rib is the spirited frontman of Spare Rib & the Bluegrass Sauce as well as a key member of our wintertime crowd favorite band, Buzz Brümp. He’s sure to get you grinnin’ and groovin’ as we celebrate a late summer evening on the mountainside. Join us for a perfect evening of dinner, drinks, and tunes.
