Dorian & Lou play jazz, bossa nova, blues, pop, and more, always bringing a jazz vibe to their performances. They’ve been entertaining people in the Triangle region with their large and diverse repertoire since early 2024 when they relocated from New York City.
Jazz vocalist and lyricist Dorian Devins spent much of her childhood in the Sandhills region and has a diverse background including a career in art, broadcasting, and media. She’s performed in many jazz clubs, restaurants, wine bars and events in the New York City region as well as around the country and overseas. Pianist Lou Rainone is a Baltimore native who worked extensively in New York City and surrounding areas for many years and continued his career performing in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean.
