Join us for another great evening with the talented Autumn Rainey!Autumn Rainey is a Greensboro native and graduate of North Carolina Central University, where she majored in Jazz studies and was a member of the Vocal Jazz ensemble. Prior to that, Autumn was a member of the family band Rainstorm that performed together for six years up and down the East Coast. She was also a member of the Triad Youth Jazz and Blues Society, located in Greensboro North Carolina.
Autumn’s accomplishments include features in the Grammy nominated North Carolina Central University Vocal Jazz Ensemble CD Take Note, a solo performance at the Jazz at Lincoln center Rose theatre, and a feature on the soundtrack of the HBO film The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. Autumn Rainey now works as a professional musician in the triangle.
