This show will be open to the public and live-streamed from the 3rd Street Facebook page. TANNER BINGAMAN will be our featured performer with the show starting at 8:00 PM EST. RED AND WHITE will open at 7:30 PM EST. The LiveStream feed will begin at 7:30 PM. At 8:00 PM EST, we welcome back Pennsylvania based singer-songwriter Tanner Bingaman. Tanner plays original and traditional Appalachian songs via guitar, banjo, and harmonica. His tunes are an everything-but-the-kitchen-sink gumbo, with explorations ranging from poignant punk melodies to rapturous and uncanny instrumental meditations, oftentimes finding himself perplexed by the task of coming down from yet another improvisational meandering. Tanner prefers barefoot walking and once saved the family dog from a rattlesnake. Tanner has been happily featured on NPR stations throughout Pennsylvania, and was awarded Emerging Artist of the Year by the Susquehanna Folk Music Society. In the following year, his full band was awarded Bluegrass Band of the Year by the Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame. In 2023, Tanner played his first international performance with his New Zealand family of musicians (Jesse & Vince Pakipaki), raising funds for flood-relief efforts on the North Island. He is currently playing shows all over the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond. Check him out at https://www.facebook.com/tannerbingamanmusic.
At 7:30 PM EST, we welcome back Red & White! Red & White is Terry Anne Hoffmann (the red head) on vocals and Geoff White (get it?) on guitar. Terry and Geoff met as members of the 80's rock cover band Merchant Copy and found that their experiences and artistic tendencies paired well for a side hustle! Terry's poetic tendencies joined forces with Geoff's incredible musical and producing capabilities and Red & White was born! The duo performed at 3rd Street and have been playing regularly at 3rd Street and just blow us away every time! They have an eclectic taste in music that spans all genres and incorporate their own style into the covers they perform. Their originals are heartfelt and poignant. There will be something for everyone, no matter their taste! Check them out at https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61551117359231.

Now in our 38th year, 3rd Street Coffeehouse is a non-profit listening room run by volunteers and never has a cover charge. We ask that you support our musicians by contributing to the real or virtual hat, which will be identified during the performance. This will greatly help them continue their music and help support their livelihood as performing artists. We thank you in advance!
