Come learn how pros capture iconic images of your favorite music performers in challenging low light and dynamic stage environments. Sony Artisan of Imagery, Chad Wadsworth is based right here in Austin, Texas and over the past sixteen years has covered the local and national music scene for clients such as Rolling Stone and SPIN Magazine, Coachella, Austin City Limits Festival, Amazon Music and Red Bull. In this course, Chad will share his knowledge of optimal camera settings for live music photography, insight on framing and composition, shooting etiquette in the photo pits and more. About the Instructor
Deep in the heart of Texas, Austin based photographer Chad Wadsworth is nationally recognized for his compositions of all things music related. Over the past ten years, his live and reportage photography has been featured in numerous national print and online outlets. Chad is also a global Red Bull photographer, each month documenting hot emerging artist at venues throughout the South. With a background in analog photography, his affinity for the traditional medium greatly influences the unique signature of his digital work.
