Orbit Street
A compelling blend of indie folk and modern jazz, Orbit Street is led by bass player Ursula Harrison, from Rhondda, Wales.
Their unique approach sees them weaving between intimate lyrical passages, improvised interludes and intense grooves. 2023 saw the release of their debut AA side, 'When She Goes//Kind' on Rose Parade Records; as well as playing a string of live shows in Cardiff, Bristol and London.
In 2024, Orbit Street was selected to be part of the Forté Project, a PRS Foundation sponsored artist development scheme. Orbit Street headlined Porter’s, Cardiff, played at All Road’s Festival, and recorded a new EP ‘Forest’ as part of the project. During the summer months, Harrison adapted the Orbit Street material to play 2 solo shows on just Double Bass and Voice in Tiny Rebel, Cardiff and Coaltrains, Barry.
Throughout the autumn of 2024, Harrison began the European Jazz Master’s programme based in Conservatorium van Amsterdam as well as reaching the final of the BBC Young Jazz Musician 2024.

Peiriant
Peiriant are a duo of violin and electric guitar, who play with melody and tonality to create atmosphere and soundscape. Electronic equipment, samples and found objects also add to their semi-improvised pieces, which are spun from grounded ideas.
Rose and Dan Linn-Pearl draw from their foundation in folk and classical in addition to post-rock, minimalism and sound art, and were recently the recipients of the coveted Guardian ‘Folk Album Of The Month’ accolade.
