Grant Campbell and Alan Bayley are competing in Hyrox Glasgow in March in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. What's Hyrox you ask? That's not important. Or interesting. Unless you're Alan or me.What is important is that you get yersel along to the Hamilton Caledonian Bowling Club on Saturday the 1st March for an evening of live music from a veritable smorgasbord of local talent and buffet to soak up all of that booze from the reasonably priced bar.
