About this Event
Lindsay Austin Hough has been performing his entire life. Born into a family of music teachers and professional musicians, he was known for his raspy voice and developed his talent for vocal harmony and songwriting at an early age. At 12, Lindsay began acting, landing roles in major films like Serial Mom and performing at The Kennedy Center in Jaques D’Ambois’ Dancing Up a Story. He later toured with the 1994 National Broadway Tour of The Sound of Music, performing over 50 times as Marie Osmond’s on-stage son. His acting career included roles in Christmas Everyday and MTV’s Undressed.
In 1999, Lindsay shifted his focus entirely to music, co-founding The Fishermen Band (TFB) with his brother Phillip “Flip” Hough. TFB quickly gained success, touring extensively across the U.S. and receiving radio play on stations like Sirius/XM and local university stations. They also opened for major acts such as Maroon 5, Third Eye Blind, and The Charlie Daniels Band.
Now a staple in the DC music scene, Lindsay performs full-time, offering live music entertainment and songwriting for commercial, television, and film projects.
